AT&T is Ending it’s Email-to-Text Service on June 17, 2025

Notice Clients Utilizing AT&T Texting Services:

AT&T is Ending it’s Email-to-Text Service  on June 17, 2025

If you currently receive text message alerts any of your security equipment that is using an AT&T mobile number formatted as an email address (e.g., 1234567890@txt.att.net), please read this important update.

What’s happening?
Starting June 17, 2025AT&T will no longer support email-to-text or text-to-email services. This means that messages sent to @txt.att.net or @mms.att.net addresses will no longer be delivered.

How does this affect me?
If you’ve set up your Dial One Security notifications (such as alarm alerts, trouble signals, or arming/disarming updates) to go to your AT&T number using this email format, you will no longer receive these messages after June 17.

What you need to do:
To continue receiving your notifications, we recommend one of the following steps:

  1. Switch to direct text message notifications using a verified mobile number. This can normally be done thru your alarm app.

  2. Use a different email address not associated with AT&T’s email-to-text service.

  3. Contact Dial One Security Support to update your contact preferences.

We’re here to help.
If you’re unsure how your alerts are currently set up or need assistance updating your information, please call us at (513) 527-4400 or email support@dialonesecurity.com.

Staying informed and connected is vital when it comes to your security. We appreciate your attention to this change and your continued trust in Dial One Security.
