What does Dial One Security do?
We design, install, service, and monitor residential and commercial security systems. Our services include burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems, security cameras, access control systems, and 24 hour professional monitoring.

Are you a local company?
Yes. Dial One Security is locally owned and operated in Cincinnati. All installations and service work are performed by our trained employees. We do not use subcontractors.
Security Systems & Installation
What types of alarm systems do you install?
We install customized burglar alarm systems with door and window sensors, motion detectors, glass break detectors, and other protective devices tailored to your home or business.
Do you install fire alarm systems?
Yes. We install and monitor fire alarm systems for both residential and commercial properties.
Do you install or service fire sprinkler systems?
No. Dial One Security does not install or repair fire sprinkler systems or any suppression systems. However, we can monitor fire alarm panels that supervise sprinkler systems and provide central station monitoring when required.
Do you offer security cameras?
Yes. We install surveillance camera systems that allow property owners to monitor activity at their property and access footage remotely when available. Camera systems can include remote monitoring and can use advanced automated video analytics to determine threats.
Can I control my system from my phone?
Many of our systems offer remote access capabilities. This allows you to arm or disarm your system, receive alerts, and check system status from your smartphone or computer.
Can I upgrade my system later?
Yes. Security systems can be expanded with additional sensors, cameras, or upgraded features as your needs grow.
Monitoring & Support
Do you offer 24 hour monitoring?
Yes. We provide professional 24 hour monitoring services. If your alarm is triggered, trained operators respond quickly and contact you and or dispatch emergency services as needed.
What happens if my alarm goes off?
Our monitoring center will attempt to contact you and your designated emergency contacts. If necessary, emergency responders will be dispatched according to your instructions and local procedures.
What if I already have a security system?
We can evaluate your existing system and determine whether it can be monitored or upgraded.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and can set up automatic recurring payments for monitoring services.

How often is monitoring billed?
Monitoring services are typically billed on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis basis. Our team will clearly explain billing details at the time of service agreement.
